The training is tailored to the organisations from the hospitality industry looking to kick start their sustainability journey by upskilling their teams. The Green Business programme contains bite-sized training for everyone in the organisation.

What will you learn?

When you enrol on the Green Business programme, you will receive access to 5 separate e-learning programmes for different departments within your organisation.

General Manager
This module allows the general manager to have a complete overview and fully support and assist their team with the implementation process.
Green Manager
The training provides the knowledge and skills a hospitality or tourism manager needs to be able to control and reduce their use of utilities, including their carbon footprint & business running costs.
Purchasing Department
Our course provides a clear framework to green your products and services. It will enable you to spread a culture of sustainability within your supply chain, reducing environmental impact and boosting local economies.
HR
HR departments will learn how to implement Social Sustainability within their operations. Identifying and managing both positive and negative impact of the business on people.
Green Marketing
The programme upskills marketing departments to accurately relay their workplace’s green journey in a clear and transparent way, leverage the power of environmental data and understand how messaging can assist Climate Action.

The average time to implement this programme is 4-6 months committing half a day per week to learning
Every business has 12 months to complete the programme

All 5 modules are implementable in a 4 to 6 month period, depending on the size of the business where the learning is applied to.

Once you purchase the programme, you and your team will receive access and support for all 5 modules for 12 months.

We recommend that your Green Manager allocates half a day a week to his/her new duties.
