The programme is delivered fully online with self guided lessons and 4 online live check ins to share knowledge and address barriers.

It is an action based programme and the final assessment includes application of the learning, so be prepare TO DO and not just to learn.

This is a 3 to 4 month programme, depending on the size of the property where you will apply the learning.

You must ensure you can dedicate a half day per week to complete the programme and its implementation.
