Our expertise
Raquel Noboa has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, holding several managerial positions before discovering her passion for sustainability. In 2012, as Green Manager at Hotel Doolin in the west of Ireland, she spearheaded a sustainability programme that led to the hotel becoming the first carbon-neutral hotel in Ireland. Inspired by this success, Raquel founded Fifty Shades Greener to share her knowledge with businesses worldwide. The courses she developed are based on real-world strategies she implemented at Hotel Doolin, helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint and adopt sustainable management practices.
Supporting learners every step of the way is Isabel O'Brien, our dedicated Trainer & Learner Support specialist. With a Master’s in Economics and a strong passion for sustainability, Isabel ensures a smooth learning experience by handling questions, grading, and day-to-day course support.
Together, Raquel and Isabel provide the expertise and guidance to help you implement meaningful sustainability changes in your business.
