Our expertise

Raquel Noboa has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years including several managerial positions. In 2012, Raquel was appointed as the green manager at Hotel Doolin in the west of Ireland. It was here that she kick started the hotel’s green programme as well as her passion for sustainability. In 2019 Hotel Doolin announced they were the first carbon neutral hotel in the country. Raquel has since created an online business which combines her love of hospitality with her drive for sustainability. The content of her courses use the same steps that she put into practice at Hotel Doolin. Her aim is to help hotel managers all over the world implement the same basic actions so they too can reduce their carbon footprint and incorporate environmentally sound management systems at their workplace.
