How Does The Sustainability Certification Work?
- Begin by reviewing our standards allowing you to better understand your current position.
- Get in touch with our team for an onboarding call.
- If you are ready for certification, a timeline for completion will be agreed and you will be assigned an auditor.
- Once these details are finalised you will receive an invoice. The amount varies depending on the size of your organisation.
- You will receive the Certification Tools and the audit process will start.
- On achieving an award grade you will receive a digital badge for your website and a certificate to display at your premises.Â
Our certification standards align with the UN sustainable development goals and the GSTC standards.
You are required to measure your business environmental impact, including the impact in nature and ecosystems.
You are require to report the social impact of your organisation in employees, customers, supply chain and communities.
We are pleased to announce that our Hospitality Certification programme has been independently reviewed and deemed compliant with Travalyst criteria.

Therefore, our clients that obtain this certification will be listed as Sustainable businesses in third party booking websites like Google Travel.
The Travalyst initiative aims to support certifications like ours, through the evolving legislative landscape whilst providing consistency across booking platforms.
